There is serious rework, affecting work efficiency
The workflow involves inexplicable rework, and revisions are entirely dependent on the supervisor’s mood, resulting in highly unreasonable working hours. The superior-subordinate relationship is severe, and the supervisor applies double standards, refusing requests for overtime pay or WFH. Taking leave is made difficult, while the supervisor worked from home for three months.
