The environment is clean, and the overall atmosphere is not overly oppressive (this is important!).
The responsibilities of the procurement position are clear. The supervisor explains the main items and related matters you will be responsible for in advance.
The company is also willing to train newcomers.
The internal processes are fairly standardized, with SOPs to follow.
If you are detail-oriented and patient, you may be quite well-suited to this job.
