A paradise for fence-sitters

The engineers here are all terrible. You can't get them to move, and they constantly procrastinate and pass the buck, coming up with a bunch of procedures and excuses to block things. A whole bunch of people are coasting toward retirement, with only one or two people actually solving problems.

The Data team is even worse. Its manager completely doesn't understand programming and has poor logic as well. Whenever they encounter a problem, they either slack off or claim it's not their responsibility. It's utterly ridiculous. Anyone with a bit of logical thinking or a functioning brain can tell. The mapping is done carelessly, and even the labeling is full of problems, yet they never think they've done anything wrong.

If even a data company has data this terrible, what more can you expect...

I hope this shopping festival blows up, so those people get a lesson.
