綠點系統工程有限公司
Pros

1. Pay is provided regularly, but payday is on the 10th.

2. Overtime is common, but overtime pay is not calculated based on the full salary. Those who want to save money often work overtime.

3. The office provides NT$10–15 boxed drinks, cookies, and bottled water for employees to eat and drink.

Cons

Please think carefully before coming to this company.

1. Overtime is frequent, and overtime pay is not calculated based on the base salary. Occasionally, you may work continuously for more than 5–6 hours without drinking a drop of water. Please think twice before coming.

2. When cutting pipe racks, the iron door must be closed because the smell and noise are so bothersome that neighbors may file complaints. When cutting pipe racks, you must wear earplugs, a mask, and safety goggles, but inevitably iron shavings and dust can enter your nostrils through gaps in the mask. (The neighbors are taken care of, but not the employees? Think for yourself.)

3. There is an employee trip every year. However, for employees who have worked for less than one year, the company will ask whether they want to go on the trip. If they do, the company will have them sign a written agreement stating that if they leave before completing one year, they must pay the full cost of the employee trip—not a prorated amount based on the months worked.

4. The lunch break is not always at a fixed time, and work often continues past 12:30. It is usually one hour, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the restaurant, or 30 minutes round trip, so the actual break is short. Please consider this carefully. If you do not walk to the restaurant, your only option is to use the vending machine, but because the break starts late, items in the vending machine are often sold out by other contractors.
