The company currently has around 40 employees, and everyone is easy to communicate with (except for one senior executive).
There is generally little overtime. Some engineers worked at large companies for many years before coming here, and you can learn a lot from them.
The job website says there are 70 employees, but after layoffs and resignations in the second half of 2025, there are now only around 40.
The layoffs may have been part of the company’s operational strategy. As for the resignations, I personally feel they are related to a certain senior executive.
Because of his way of speaking and management style, I feel that the internal work atmosphere is poor, and I often hear colleagues around me complaining privately.
In addition, he really likes to share stories about his past at large companies (although no one seems interested in listening).
Since the company is not large, the business team and FAE staff usually interact with him frequently.
This company offers no particular advantages in terms of compensation or career development. Considering that you would need to deal with this executive, I strongly recommend that job seekers look around a bit more.
