宏全國際股份有限公司
Pros

The company is developing steadily

Cons

1. Management:

(1) There have been instances when the government announced a typhoon day off, yet employees were still required to report to work. Employees required to work had to take annual leave that day, causing their leave to be inexplicably deducted.

(2) If overtime exceeds the limit for certain reasons—for example, daytime training causes the night shift to finish later—the company states that overtime is not reported if it does not exceed 40 minutes. (Under the Labor Standards Act, overtime is calculated by the minute; if work ends 20 minutes late due to operational needs, the employee should be paid 20 minutes of overtime.)

(3) Employees are required to arrive early at the company to gather and do morning exercises. Afterward, they must recite motivational statements made by senior executives, yet no overtime pay is provided for arriving early. Currently, out of concern about being reported, the company has sent an email publicly stating that participation in the morning exercises is voluntary.

2. Some tasks have no standard procedures for reference and rely on experience.

3. The cost-cutting is extremely excessive. For example, the ballpoint pens provided start running out of ink after only a few days even when they have not been dropped. Almost no one uses the pens provided by the company.

4. The company allows customers' on-site personnel to make unreasonable demands regarding the products (for example, small holes in support rings). Countless products are discarded or reworked for bizarre reasons, consuming enormous amounts of manpower and cost, even though the products made by the company are better than those made by the customers themselves under such scrutiny. It is exhausting from morning to night, and sometimes you do not even know what you are doing.
