Pros

Job – E-commerce administrative staff in a certain region

1. Taking time off is very easy.

2. Suitable for people looking for an easy job until retirement, or those with a “I’ve given up” mindset~ The company generally won’t fire you.

Cons

Traditional corporate culture:

There are many “you can’t” and “you’re not allowed to.”

For example: You can’t eat breakfast, and you can’t laugh in the office.

Supervisors consider “laughing” to be slacking off.

Laziness among long-term employees:

They only act when the supervisor tells them what to do and do not proactively improve.

They secretly play mobile games or computer games remotely during work hours (if you have a good seat, you won’t be noticed).

They are very good at pretending to be busy, looking as though they are working hard when they actually are not doing much (extremely good at putting on an act, and have never produced impressive results).

The more capable you are, the more work you get:

If you handle things too well, people will instead question you about all sorts of things.

If you manage online shopping or business operations too well, you may also be asked to handle more.

People who do not improve are actually the most secure, while still receiving their bonuses.

Suggestion: As soon as you join, learn from the long-term employees and slack off, because even if you do an excellent job, the bonus is distributed the same way, while long-term employees receive more of the bonus.

Supervisor problems (1):

They tend to target capable employees and make trouble for them.

Do not finish tasks too quickly, to avoid being seen as having nothing to do.

Suggestion: Do whatever the supervisor tells you to do, and nothing more. Stretch a five-minute task out so that it takes an hour to complete. Pretend to be busy, repeatedly say “I’m very busy,” or show impatience, so the supervisor thinks you are busy and will not come bother you.

Supervisor problems (2):

The boundaries for everything keep changing: one moment something is allowed, and the next it is not, with no logic at all.

They appear to value logic, but actually have none.

The same issue may be asked about four or five times; explaining it is the same as saying nothing.

They point out a problem without explaining why, leaving people feeling annoyed and under great pressure.

Supervisor problems (3):

Having too many tasks leads to mistakes, which the supervisor will blow out of proportion indefinitely.

They require meaningless error reports, wasting time (writing these is incredibly annoying).

They will not examine where the problem occurred in your work process.

No matter what happens, it is always the employee’s fault.
