The interview was very relaxed and focused only on the key points. Everything else could be learned gradually after joining.

During the interview, they said that if I was certain I wanted the position, they would arrange the onboarding and departure procedures right away. But later, they seemed to change their mind or something—I don't know why. They didn't respond to any follow-up inquiries, which was really baffling.
