The work is fairly flexible, and you can listen to music. That’s the only advantage I can mention.
1. The 500 bonus for each of the three major holidays is ridiculously stingy.
2. If payday falls on a holiday, it gets postponed, which is extremely inconvenient.
3. Overtime pay and allowances for holidays can only be collected on the 15th, and are still paid in cash (and sometimes payment is delayed if the 15th falls on a holiday).
4. The work environment is extremely dirty, with rats, cockroaches, and ants.
5. Any department is fine—just don’t go to Quality Control!
6. This is the first time I’ve encountered a supervisor who spends all day asking others for food.
7. The company has no parking spaces, and parking in front of the company risks getting a ticket.
8. One particular department has many people with connections, who often bully others by throwing their weight around.
9. To put it nicely, the company provides meals, but if you eat the company meals, you have to take turns cleaning the cafeteria and disposing of food waste. If you don’t eat the company meals, you don’t even get the meal allowance.
They’re very good at calculating, saving money, and taking advantage of people—what a company 👍
