Ambitious young people are leaving one after another, and performance continues to decline. Employees spend more than half their time attending meetings and classes and preparing KM documents. Supervisors require daily reports on work activities to be submitted; failure to submit a report results in being reprimanded for not following work discipline. Employees are required to make calls to develop customers every day and carry out many ineffective work projects. The products are not competitive and are not given sufficient attention; the only requirement is for sales staff to keep looking for orders.
