There is an A4 test sheet, with questions on both sides. More than ten questions.
Everyone, you really need to be careful when applying for a job at this company:
First, a manager conducted the interview, followed by the boss. The manager emphasized that he had previously earned a high salary, but came to this company and started from scratch. I did not think much of it at first, but it turned out to be groundwork laid by the boss for what came next.
The boss came in and said that they did not need to go through the cumbersome procedures of large companies and could make a decision within 15 minutes, so projects could succeed very quickly. (By this logic, large companies should just open smaller companies so they could save even more expenses.) This is a company that operates by randomly casting a wide net.
They emphasized that they wanted partners, not job applicants. It felt like something I had heard in multi-level marketing—the whole interview was building toward that. They said they wanted people with social and professional experience who also had families, but in the end offered a salary of NT$30,000, which is even worse than what a university student would get.
With a salary of NT$30,000, if you have a family and live in Taipei, and they offer you this kind of salary, they might as well just interview recent graduates!
