Applied for a field engineer position.

The interview was arranged at a 7-Eleven on Baozhong Road in Xindian. When I arrived, a supervisor named A-Gui had not even looked at my résumé. How was the interview supposed to proceed? He had also forgotten to bring my résumé and asked me to send it to him to review.

After looking at it, he realized that he needed someone with field experience and said that I was not suitable.

Is this how you act as a supervisor? Are you playing with people?

Is your time valuable while other people’s time is not?

This company clearly does not respect job seekers. No wonder it is always short-staffed—the supervisor himself has serious issues.
