First, the supervisor: a pattern that seriously affects personal social life—employees are required to chat with every colleague during work hours, and not chatting is apparently not acceptable (is it really not okay to just want to work seriously?? She thinks that means you don’t fit in ^^ I remember the supervisor’s name starts with C.
The company’s overall culture still feels like a traditional manufacturing company, with the mindset that people should compete to take on tasks—and also do the work that others can’t finish! She said: “Are young people nowadays all like this, only doing what they’re supposed to do!” (Please, if the salary is only 34, how long am I expected to work overtime??
Regarding the work: they don’t look at your abilities at all. If you’re not the type of obedient employee she likes, and you don’t gossip, she’ll immediately write you off: )
During the interview, they emphasized teamwork so much, but in reality, after finishing your own work, you still have to work overtime to do the tasks others couldn’t finish—especially when we handle different types of work ^^
The supervisor also takes the lead in privately asking other colleagues what they think of you. Wait, did I hear that correctly?? And the supervisor personally told me about this.
The office has an extremely high turnover rate. I think the fastest way to improve this is to replace this supervisor first.
