Frequently lay off employees without warning
The advantage is that at first they do not rush to teach you anything
but in the end they inexplicably say that you are unsuitable for the job
There is no training specifically for newcomers. New employees can only find ways to seek help on their own, and then the company uses “not meeting expectations during the probationary period” and “incompetence” as grounds for dismissal. What are the standards? What is the evaluation system? They never mention an improvement plan to you! Do not waste your time coming here, because they will even use Article 5 of the Labor Standards Act, claiming incompetence, to make you leave. Employees are frequently dismissed, and many people have serious problems, forcing veteran and mid-career employees endlessly into the hell of training newcomers and exhausting senior staff. Every day, they make things unnecessarily complicated; the SOP is extremely trivial, and before the customers even arrive, you are already overwhelmed with work and a pile of reports on LINE.
