Workplace reviews and discussion: 艾斯邁科技股份有限公司

I really can't think of any.

The company has a returning assistant manager in the mechanical engineering department, surnamed Chen (whose English name starts with A).

They have an extremely bad temper and even falsely accuse and blame their subordinates. As soon as they came back, they drove someone away.

I heard that this assistant manager, surnamed Chen, had previously also been laid off by the company. And yet the company hired them back. It really is a strange company.

I also heard that they used to bully colleagues. They considered swearing normal. They even said they would get people to come and beat up a colleague.

I think I should leave quickly, in case I get bullied. It really is a strange company. Speechless.
