The company building is very nice, the company’s benefits are better than those of many peers, and the company environment is also very good. Overall, they are quite serious about running the company.

Although I have been gone from the company for a long time, there was a person with the surname Hu in the organization who always acted as if they were a PM and bullied engineers by bossing them around. It was the kind of workplace bullying that amounted to personal humiliation, using a roaring and threatening tone. Many people could not stand it and chose to leave, and some even made appointments with psychiatric departments.

Later, I heard that this person actually became a PM. According to people who were still there, they later stopped roaring publicly and only dared to pull people into the stairwell to berate them for 30 or 40 minutes at a time. They lied and deceived people in meeting reports. Anyone who exposed their lies would be smeared behind their back and deliberately given a hard time until they left. Many talented people went from being full of passion to becoming disappointed and leaving.

If there is any justice in the world, I sincerely hope the company will quickly see this person’s true nature and deal with this person as soon as possible.
