Pros

There are a few good colleagues in Taipei.

Cons

I left this company because I was bullied here.

If you see that a fat guy is still at the Kaohsiung office, whatever you do, don't join this company!

As long as you make him unhappy, he will badmouth you everywhere and make everyone hate you.

That junior manager is truly useless and doesn't take care of anything!

At first, I didn't notice it either. I even wondered why everyone's attitude toward me was getting worse and worse.

After I left, a colleague from Taipei secretly told me that he had been badmouthing me behind my back from the very beginning.

People's attitudes toward me became extremely bad. When I was about to leave, even a client told me that he had said to the client that my going to work was the same as not going at all—I was useless.

Some clients started giving me hostile looks after hearing that.

As a result, I felt worse and worse about my work and didn't want to work at all,

which only made what he had initially said about me not working seem even more true.

That fat guy in Kaohsiung stirs up trouble in the company all day long.

Besides being a victim myself, I have also heard him say this to other colleagues on the phone:

(He doesn't mince his words. Although he doesn't directly curse at me to my face, he gets that junior manager to listen along and snicker.)

He said: “Little Kuo” only knows how to suck up and is completely useless;

“Мao-chuan” is a useless person from Taichung, and because he is so useless, everyone in Taichung secretly looks down on him;

“the fat guy with a bad heart” made him keep washing the toilets;

“the big, big, big manager” is like laying eggs without producing chicken droppings—if you give him advice, you only get yelled at;

coming to the south only to make a mess and waste everyone's time;

and “the group of people from Taipei” always act like they are so damn impressive.

That's about all. I can't remember everything clearly anymore.

Then that junior manager wasn't idle either; he was always pulling petty tricks.

He deliberately set rules that were obviously targeted at particular people,

and intentionally failed to deliver emails, leaving me stuck while doing my work until the deadline passed,

always failing to tell me about things and frequently failing to give me things as well.

Eventually, I became so depressed that I wanted to jump from the company's fourth floor.

Fortunately, when I was about to leave, a colleague from another department at the company was willing to talk to me, which stopped me from doing it.

At least there was one good person at this company.

Fortunately, my depression quickly improved after I left.

Later, colleagues at the company said that they could no longer recruit anyone in Kaohsiung, and had now even started recruiting women instead.

Serves them right.

This has all been a lesson learned through blood and tears—whatever you do, don't join this company!
