A retirement home for long-serving frontline employees
HR gets payroll calculations almost wrong every time, and severance pay is calculated arbitrarily as well. If management takes a dislike to you or considers you no longer useful, you will be dismissed. The survival rate for new managers is practically zero. It is a very traditional company with mandatory overtime. If you apply for overtime pay, they will use all kinds of excuses to slander you. The “princess” occasionally berates people at the workplace or during meetings, and the boss also curses at people whenever displeased; otherwise, they tell HR to handle your departure. The safety devices on the machinery are merely for show, and even when they break, they are not repaired. The elevator is also used in violation of regulations. Policies are just slogans, and they make grand promises every day. People with ambition and ideals should not come here.
