The supervisor has a very poor attitude toward employees and works inefficiently, without planning.
For example:
During the first few days at work, the supervisor did not teach much. Whenever I asked a question, I would inexplicably get scolded.
When I politely replied, “Mm,” “Okay,” or “I understand,”
he would say: “What are you ‘mm’-ing about?”
At the company, you need to frequently take photos and videos to protect yourself, because whenever something happens, the employee is always questioned first. The supervisor’s questions always come across as if they are doubting you.
It does not feel like working together; it feels more like I owe him money.
