Head office back-office interview experience
1. Before the interview, the company sends out a résumé form for applicants to complete and return, greatly reducing the time needed for interview preparation. There are also no excessive privacy-related or unnecessary questions like those found at many other large companies. At the venue, applicants only need to complete an aptitude test that takes approximately 5–10 minutes.
2. Both the HR representative and department manager were fairly friendly and only asked about a few key points. They also did not persist with questions that were genuinely difficult or inconvenient to answer. The entire interview took only about 15–20 minutes.
I did not encounter any particularly negative points during the interview. If I had to mention something, it would be the common bad habit of many companies: saying they will notify applicants by a certain date regardless of whether they are accepted, but then ultimately providing no response.
