Company advantages
The company interview is one round.
The management interview is another round, and it feels completely like a one-way briefing. They are completely unfamiliar with the Labor Standards Act.
If employees ask a few more questions, it is obvious that they are seen as causing trouble, and they may even be marked down.
Even when leave is requested in advance according to the regulations, requesting leave is nerve-racking and still depends on the company’s convenience. They compare your seniority and years of service, and after being sarcastically mocked and humiliated, you still cannot apply for leave in advance.
The practical stationery supplies are not provided by the company; basically, they are all left behind by former colleagues. Expense applications also require employees to pay upfront, and the reimbursed money may be held for more than a month before being paid back. Everything depends on the company’s convenience; they do not consider employees.
Even on payday, it depends on the boss’s mood. At the latest, employees may not receive their salaries until 4–5 p.m. that day. Payslips are provided later, and the deductions and payments listed on them are considered unclear.
When questions are raised afterward, the company is very good at PUAing employees; the management has an inflated sense of self and believes it is simply dealing with matters objectively.
Regarding the Labor Standards Act, the company has its own SOP. Whether it will act according to the law depends on whether the boss considers your output sufficient.
The company is seriously understaffed. On the surface, it may seem acceptable, but over the long term, you need to think carefully. As for your own annual leave and compensatory leave, the company completely has the final say and uses business needs as the basis for leave decisions. The company does not pay overtime, and employee gatherings are also extremely uncomfortable.
