1. The factory has relocated to another nearby location. The company is larger, and there are plenty of covered motorcycle parking spaces (so you don't have to get rained on).

2. The company is becoming younger; the managers are young and have plenty of ideas.

3. They provide guidance for any work you don't know how to do (when things are busy, it can be a bit intense, possibly because you haven't gotten the hang of it yet).

4. The company has massage chairs and free snacks, drinks, and coffee.

6. Regular employee trips and group dinners, which are very nice (we took a cruise to Japan... awesome!).

7. Salaries are adjusted upward every year; it depends on how much you contribute...

8. If there is a shortage of work, you can ask your supervisor to arrange tasks, and you can work overtime (there isn't much overtime required at the company now...).
