Easy to take time off. That's it.
The senior colleague is difficult to deal with.
If you offend him, you might as well not work here anymore.
All day, he helps the company whitewash things and brainwashes others by claiming that jobs elsewhere aren't any better.
He doesn't stop to think that he has stayed at this lousy company for so many years.
Don't ever say anything bad about the company.
Since he has been here for so many years, anything you say is tantamount to否定 him,
indirectly admitting that he is incompetent.
After staying here for so many years, he has become a frog in a well.
He is incompetent himself yet thinks everyone else is just like him.
He can only throw his weight around here; he wouldn't be able to survive outside.
His conduct is extreme.
He goes on about grand principles all day, speaking as if he were utterly righteous.
Yet he still has an improper relationship with the supervisor.
,
Another colleague is a bootlicker.
After clinging to the senior colleague and the supervisor and enjoying the benefits, he stubbornly refuses to admit it.
Every time, he goes around like a lackey, fishing for information and sounding out people's opinions.
In the end, his probing skills are terrible.
He doesn't even realize when others feed him false information, and still thinks he managed to get something out of them.
He tramples on other people's genuine goodwill.
He appears innocent and harmless on the surface, but in reality he is no less scheming than that senior colleague.
,
There is also a useless supervisor.
He does nothing and manages nothing all day.
He makes the schedule in a completely fucking chaotic way, and even the people in the Sales Department are fed up.
Every time they face customers, they have to explain production problems caused by this supervisor,
making it difficult for Sales to give customers an explanation.
He used to be a fryer and fundamentally does not understand management.
Those two colleagues simply circle around him, making him think he manages things very well.
He has an improper relationship with the senior colleague—quite impressive.
He is also the one who tacitly allows that senior colleague to throw his weight around.
With that senior colleague and this supervisor in the company,
the internal corruption is utterly rotten, yet they still want to expand? They'd be better off dreaming.
