Pros

None (if I really had to mention something, I suppose some departments allow remote work without coming into the office)

Cons

1. Management does not want to be the bad guy, so they dump every problem and responsibility on the people below them.

2. There are many cliques among the coworkers—the kind that collectively bullies new hires.

3. Managers can take a share of the bonus from every project, but they do not do the work or manage anything. When there is a problem, there is no one to turn to for help; they always wait until the deadline is approaching and force you to finish it yourself.

4. They pretend to be democratic and hold open discussions, but in reality nothing can actually be discussed. There are many entrenched bad practices and preconceived ideas that cannot be changed, and they will never adopt employee suggestions. They may even tell you to let go of the strengths of your previous company because you are now working at this company.

5. There are no boundaries around leave or working hours. They call it flexibility, but in practice it means working at night and on weekends. You may even have to take your computer with you and work when taking leave to travel abroad.

6. There is no overtime pay, but there are regular activities held in the evening, for which only transportation costs can be reimbursed (I question whether this is legal).

7. Apart from bonuses for your own projects, all other bonuses and compensatory leave schemes are opaque. You only receive a number, without knowing how it was calculated.

8. HR is basically all talk. They will tell you that you can work remotely two days a week, but in practice you have to come into the office every day for the first three months, supposedly to quickly become familiar with and adapt to the environment. But when the other coworkers do not come in at all... new hires are left to figure everything out on their own.

8. There is absolutely no training. You have to learn many systems by asking coworkers yourself.

9. The salary is actually low compared with the industry average, and the company is only suitable for beginners to gain experience.

10. The company's policies and structure are highly problematic. Whether it concerns leave or various support situations, there are always at least two different standards. They tell new hires one thing, while senior employees follow another. The reason is always that you have not been here long enough. As a result, turnover is extremely high—the highest I have seen so far.
