Pros
The office is clean and bright
The biggest advantage is that the colleagues are easy to get along with
Cons
The company has virtually no structure or systems
There are far too many restrictions on work procedures
The workflow is very disorganized
The boss often makes empty promises and uses psychological manipulation on you
You have to be proactive—whenever you see something that needs to be done, quickly pick it up and do it; one person does the work of several people
The employee turnover rate is extremely high
Most importantly, the boss has an incredibly bad temper!!!
