I found an operator position on 104 and went to Qihong Company for an operator interview. The work environment and atmosphere seemed quite good, and the supervisor also said that new employees would be assigned someone to guide them after joining, so they would not feel at a loss at the beginning. The work includes assembly, inspection, packaging, machine operation, and other tasks, covering a wide range of areas and providing opportunities to learn many skills. The work does not feel monotonous, and I would also learn how to use glue-dispensing machines and electric screwdrivers, solder wires, conduct packaging inspections, and more. The company also places great importance on employee growth, providing various types of training and guidance so that I can continually accumulate experience and improve my abilities at work. There is also room for advancement. Overall, I feel this is a job where I can learn skills while working, and it is well suited to people like me who enjoy learning and teamwork.
The supervisor mentioned that even operators need to attend meetings and be able to use computers and read data dashboards. Since the pace of work is relatively fast-paced—the work pace is fast-paced—and the supervisor sometimes speaks quite bluntly, I feel it could be somewhat stressful for new employees. For someone who needs to quickly get up to speed and adapt to the scope of the work, it can be considered a job where you grow in a high-intensity environment.
