Can't think of any.
This company does not provide 3-festival bonuses or any holiday benefits.
Before the Mid-Autumn Festival, it orders nearly 100 gift boxes at once, but they are all sent to vendors and clients—employees do not get even one box.
Whether employees can get a gift box depends on the boss's mood—
if the boss happens to receive gift boxes from other vendors, they may show some "mercy" and take them out for employees to draw lots for distribution.
Since the items sent by each vendor are different—some are pomelos, while others are pineapple cakes—the Administration Department arranges a lottery to decide who gets what.
To put it bluntly, employees cannot even touch the gift boxes ordered by their own company. They can only rely on a "lottery" to get leftovers sent to the boss by others, and this is what the company calls employee benefits.
As for celebrating employees' birthdays? The company only "conveniently" celebrates employees whose birthdays fall in the same month as the boss's birthday. Employees born in other months do not have any birthday activities at all.
Here, employee benefits are either ignored or treated as an afterthought just to make up the numbers.
What is even more puzzling is that the company's Chief Financial Officer / Finance Manager changed three times within one year. People outside the company are speculating about whether the company's financial situation is problematic, or whether the accounts were questionable and someone left because they were unwilling to sign off and take responsibility.
