The interview process was clearly structured. HR first introduced the company’s overall culture and organizational structure, followed by an in-depth interview with the manager focused on HR-related work. The conversation was not overly serious, and there was considerable emphasis on mutual understanding. In particular, they asked about my experience handling recruitment processes, familiarity with Taiwan’s Labor Standards Act, and internal communication experience. The manager clearly explained the key responsibilities and division of work going forward, giving me the impression that this position is valued within the team.
The interview ran slightly long. If you are not sufficiently prepared, the amount of information may feel overwhelming, so I recommend learning more about the company’s background in advance to feel more confident.
