I feel that the work environment isn’t as bad as the other reviews made it sound~ (I was a little nervous when I joined after seeing the previous reviews.)

Pros:

(1) You can leave and arrive on time.

(2) Everyone actually interacts normally, and there aren’t any situations involving backstabbing or bullying.

(3) Sometimes people in the office place group orders together, and someone might treat everyone to drinks. There are also occasionally free drinks or snacks~

(4) The supervisors are all fairly young. They don’t really throw their authority around, and they interact normally with everyone else, just like other employees.

(5) The people in our group are all pretty nice. We chat a little sometimes, so the atmosphere isn’t really that rigid.

(6) The monthly meal fee is 600. There are eight dishes, including one or two meat dishes and six or seven different vegetable dishes. There are three types of soup (such as aiyu jelly, roselle tea, and pork rib or radish soup). On Mondays and Fridays, there are special meals (beef noodle soup and dumplings), haha. The food is what I look forward to most at work. It’s less likely to get boring~

(7) There are free drinks and coffee in the office.

(1) This isn’t exactly a drawback, but it’s better to understand the salary structure before joining and make sure you’re comfortable with it. The base salary is roughly two-thirds of the total salary; the remaining third consists of items such as perfect-attendance bonuses, transportation allowances, and meal allowances.

(2) There is a three-month probationary period at the beginning of employment, during which the salary is reduced by approximately 5–6% from the original salary. So, when joining, you might want to negotiate a slightly higher salary.

(3) Traffic jams are common when everyone leaves work at the same time. Hopefully, flexible start and end times—around 30 minutes of flexibility, for example—will be introduced in the future~
