The pay is very high, and when there’s nothing to do at work, it’s very relaxed,
If you join as a maritime shipping documentation staff member without experience or without being very familiar with the work, fend for yourself. No one will teach you with a friendly face or a good attitude. They seem very polite on the surface, but their actual attitude is extremely poor—they’re basically engaging in PUA. What’s interesting is that during the interview they said all the colleagues were very nice and that you could ask questions about anything. But after joining, you become very afraid to ask questions after a while. You’d rather make a mistake first and fix it later than ask your colleagues and be treated badly. You may even be misunderstood and told, “How can you not know when it was already taught?” Who exactly was it taught to???

There are also colleagues who throw documents onto your desk and order you around, then later claim they didn’t do anything. It basically already counts as workplace bullying. I reported it to the labor bureau, but it doesn’t seem to have been of much use~"~
In short, if you don’t have even a little spiritual or magical power, don’t try it lightly—even though the salary is much higher than in the same industry (lesson learned 😥
