Not recommended to work here. It is an obscure industry with little development and no prospects. Even after achieving results, the raise is only 200, making it the company with the smallest raise I have experienced. At other small companies, raises are usually 2,000–5,000. Employees are expected to do more whenever they can, but doing more does not lead to a raise. Even when you receive credit for your work, there is no raise. The year-end bonus is only one month’s salary. Working here will wear away your passion for work.
