The salary is only at the minimum-wage level, yet you are expected to bear sole responsibility for the success or failure of the entire project.
The supervisor, acting as the PM, has not fulfilled the responsibilities expected in project management. Not only do they frequently play mobile games during work hours, but they also often shirk responsibility while being skilled at proposing flashy but impractical projects.
Although the company is seriously understaffed, it continues to sell services externally, causing the workload of former colleagues to remain continuously excessive.
The company claims to be investing in the development of AI-generated graphics, but no concrete results can be seen.
In addition, the company's benefits system does not match what was originally promised. We do not have department gatherings, employee trips, or a smooth path for promotion.
The meal allowance is deducted from the base salary.
