Pros
The boss is very considerate of the employees. Every now and then, he patrols his asset building; whenever he sees you working seriously while using your phone, he finds a way to dismiss you.
Also, if you go downstairs five minutes early at noon to pick up your lunchbox, he asks you to walk there yourself.
Cons
The company is perfect and has no shortcomings.
