The day of the interview was declared a day off due to a typhoon. I had already asked online the day before, when the government announced the typhoon day off, whether the interview date would be changed. However, I did not receive a response from the company until one hour before the scheduled interview time on the day itself, stating that work would proceed as normal. I saw the message and immediately replied, before the agreed time, that I could not attend and asked them to cancel the interview. Yet that same afternoon, I received a report from the company accusing me of missing the interview without notice!

Whether your company has typhoon days off is your own business, but treating job seekers this way before they have even joined your company is unacceptable. Fortunately, this typhoon and torrential-rain day off let me see the true nature of this company. I urge everyone considering applying to or working for this company to think twice!!
