1. The company culture is extremely poor, and there is intense political infighting. The company tries to present itself as having a foreign-company style, but it is neither one thing nor the other—ultimately, it is a one-person-rule company.

2. Overall, there are no products to speak of, and the company’s development strategy is unclear. It is the first time I have seen a company change its development strategy every quarter.

3. The organization undergoes changes basically every quarter. It is very common for teams to be disbanded and employees transferred to other teams, departments, or positions. The most uncomfortable part is that employees are notified of these changes directly without any prior communication.

4. Ms. Wang is religious, and the annual meeting is essentially a large-scale proselytizing event. I have no objection to religious belief, but forcing employees to sing hymns along with everyone else is truly exasperating.

5. Finally, this is only my personal experience and may not be objective: appearance discrimination is very serious. Attractive employees are not laid off or criticized regardless of their work performance, while those who are laid off are generally average-looking employees who have delivered results.
