When HR called, they recommended another position that I had already declined, saying that the job responsibilities were similar. Trusting them, I went to the interview, but the actual interview process dragged on for a very long time. The English and logic tests took one hour (why did they have to be done on-site?), and the HR interview alone took a full hour and a half. HR even had to urge the manager along. The interviews with the two managers combined took less than an hour. It felt like they did not respect the interviewee’s time. In the end, I had to write an email asking about the result before they sent a thank-you letter. I advise anyone considering an interview to choose the company carefully.
