The only advantage is that there is no mandatory overtime; even when overtime is required, overtime pay is provided, so some people find ways to earn extra money through overtime.
I worked at this company for nearly 20 years. Later, a manager was parachuted in and began making sweeping changes, step by step using the power dynamics of the workplace to deliberately make things difficult for me and target me, forcing me to do unreasonable things. This was verbal bullying from management. I eventually chose to retire and leave. Although the company has a complaint channel, it is used to cover up the facts—so-called officials protecting one another—and to prevent people from filing complaints with the labor bureau. During my many years at this company, there were quite a few instances of workplace bullying, but senior management covered them up, causing many people to leave silently. I strongly advise against joining this company. If you happen to join and are reading this, my strongest advice is to know how to protect yourself when something happens. Never believe what company managers say. If anything happens, go directly to the labor bureau to file a complaint—make sure to protect your rights.

Promotion system: managers promote you if they like you; if you offend a manager, you are sent into the cold palace.
Although I heard that the personnel system was updated after I left, it still requires going through multiple layers of evaluations by managers, so it is just a change in form, not substance.
If a manager likes you, you will have many privileges and things will be convenient and go smoothly. They often judge the person rather than the issue. If a manager does not like you, you will have a very difficult time.
While I was at the company, the sales staff in the business department once resigned collectively. This was only the tip of the iceberg regarding problems in one department.
At the end of every year, the entire company has to go support the warehouse... You can choose not to go, but if you do not, then... you know what I mean.
