You can learn how to quickly calm down and regulate your emotions~
The boss will start swearing whenever things don't go his way (the kind with profanity), without distinguishing right from wrong, and doesn't want to hear your explanations. No matter what position you applied for, you have to help with shipping and packing / whatever duties you're assigned at any given time. Oh, and the most classic thing is that the boss uses screen-monitoring software (remote desktop software) to watch your computer screen~
The office is also covered with 360-degree, blind-spot-free surveillance cameras to watch what you're doing. He really does use the cameras to watch you!!! (I've even dreamed about him taking screenshots from the surveillance footage and posting them in the group chat, then chewing people out in the group.)
The supervisor also doesn't distinguish right from wrong. She forms cliques at the company and constantly reports minor things to the boss. She's terrifying~~ Sometimes she also abuses the boss's authority and randomly assigns work regardless of your position QQ
