The benefits are decent.
Don’t waste your time interviewing!
Although the benefits are good, the company always spends big to hire experienced people, then lays them off after the project ends, saying they’re no longer needed.
The Engineering and Marketing departments are pretty much the same.... If you don’t want to ruin your résumé, don’t go. There aren’t many long-term employees left; most are newcomers who have been there less than a year.
There is severe infighting and factionalism among senior management. If your manager happens to leave, there’s a very high chance the people under them will be let go as well. They’ll give you the same reason: they’re temporarily not needed.
