1.5-hour lunch break
1. You have to teach your supervisor how to be a supervisor.
2. There isn't much worthwhile technical knowledge to learn from the team's work.
3. There are no systems and no SOPs.
4. They like having new employees train newer employees.
5. Work responsibilities are not clearly divided. The supervisor says we're a team, so the work won't be clearly assigned.
6. During interviews, they don't clearly explain the job responsibilities (they first trick people into joining). When you have doubts about the job responsibilities, they tell you, "Then let me explain it clearly to you now," and then keep repeating that you need to think carefully about whether you can accept the job responsibilities.
7. New employees are all pressured into doing things that veteran employees are unwilling to do.
