I applied for the Information Assistant Engineer position. The interviewer was nice and joked around with me. They also clearly explained what I would be doing, as well as the company’s policies, salary, bonuses, and so on. Basically, they didn’t ask any particularly difficult questions. Rather than an interview, it felt more like an introduction to the job responsibilities and work environment. I actually asked more questions. They are very friendly toward new employees, and the overall experience felt very comfortable.

There weren’t really any disadvantages. Perhaps it’s the six-month contract renewal system, but that can’t really be considered a disadvantage since the contractor and the company renew the contract every six months.
