Escape room
This company has been around for more than thirty years, but many of its practices are still stuck in the past. It lacks a proactive, ambitious attitude. It has very high expectations of newcomers, yet is extremely lenient with itself. Anyone considering working here should think very carefully.
There is no systematic training—just a few verbal instructions, and if you cannot learn, it is considered your fault. If you are unfamiliar with the products or make an operational mistake, no one will patiently guide you. Instead, they will magnify your mistake in front of everyone and embarrass you. By contrast, when they make mistakes themselves, they just laugh them off, because they are afraid that if they teach you too much, they will no longer be “indispensable.”
The company’s products are simply not cheap. When sales are poor, someone always has to take the blame.
A few employees are very familiar with the products and are among the few truly professional people there. But they also enjoy criticizing others behind their backs. They should occasionally take a look at the outside world instead of acting so self-important and living in their own little bubble.
There is much more I could write, but I simply want to remind those still considering this company: you really should look at other options. If you are not tough enough, do not try it. If you do come here, all I can say is—run! Do not waste your time.
