Cons

I also advise everyone not to join this company.

The general manager is very skilled at using rhetoric to boast that sales commissions are the highest in the industry and have no upper limit. In reality, the shipping cost for each package sent, the shipping cost for each customer return, the refurbishment processing fee for damaged or depleted products returned, the shipping cost for reselling each refurbished product, commission deductions for failing to meet sales targets for benefits/slow-moving/seasonal products (with extremely high targets), commission deductions for failing to meet distribution quantities/store targets (with extremely high targets)... The countless deductions and penalties are all borne by the sales staff themselves. To save on shipping costs, the company chooses the cheapest outer-box materials; after all, if customers receive dented or damaged products and return them, the return shipping cost is also charged to the sales staff. It can be called the company with the most extensive and harshest deduction rules in the industry.

After you resign, the company will deliberately deduct the previous month's commission and withhold your salary, forcing you to spend time and energy consulting a lawyer and filing procedures with the labor bureau. Then, with an arrogant attitude, it tells the labor bureau that you have already resigned and the amount of money is not much anyway—if you want it, go ahead and take it!

This company operates in the gray and ambiguous areas of the Labor Standards Act and is also a frequent violator of its regulations. It never provides details on salary and commission statements, making it difficult for lawyers and the labor bureau to handle matters. Please pay close attention.
