The company is a family business, and four of the nine employees are relatives or otherwise connected to the owners. The real nightmare begins after you start working there, because none of this is disclosed during the interview. On the surface, they tell you the company benefits are not bad, but in reality you even have to bring your own office and bathroom toilet paper. They also deliberately separate the bathrooms for connected employees from those for ordinary job applicants. Regular employees can only use the run-down squat toilet in the warehouse, which is covered in spider webs. It doesn't stop there: only external employees take turns cleaning, and every day and every week you're reminded to clean the bathroom. Even new hires who have not yet become familiar with their work have to take part in the rotation. Later, I discovered that the company had a record of violating the Labor Standards Act by failing to pay actual wages as required. Anyone considering joining should think twice—how good can a company that has violated the law be? The junior supervisors are friends or boyfriends of the owner's daughter. If she thinks your performance is below expectations within your first month, she may even send you a short note pressuring you to resign voluntarily. The job involves holding multiple roles: sales assistant, administration, general affairs, shipping, warehouse management—you do everything. I recommend this only to people who are looking for a temporary job; don't waste your time here.
