A company whose reviews on Jobanalyzer are almost entirely negative clearly has serious problems. I suggest not wasting time interviewing there—you’ll waste money and end up feeling awful. If the manager’s abilities are limited and their thinking can’t keep up with the new generation, then they shouldn’t pretend to be young; they should obediently go sell their database.
