The waiting time is long, and the job responsibilities were explained very vaguely. Although it generally seemed like everything had been explained clearly, many details were not addressed when I asked further questions.

The first three months are under an employment arrangement with no performance bonus or three major holiday bonuses. It is unclear whether the other benefits are different.

The salary quoted was still the amount including bonuses. I only learned when signing the contract and reviewing the salary structure that the base salary was lower than the minimum monthly wage required by the Labor Standards Act, and only reached the minimum monthly wage when bonuses were added.
