If you are interviewing for their PM position, it is best to think twice. They usually assign you a take-home task, which is basically just a way to steal your proposal for free, then offer you an extremely low salary—and they do not let you negotiate it. It is also possible that shortly after your interview, your proposal will be implemented by them! :)

In addition, this company is extremely chaotic internally. A friend of a friend works there and said that all PM departments share the same RD resources, and no one prioritizes requirements, so things are truly chaotic. On top of that, there is a demanding boss, which often causes everyone to work overtime until midnight writing a bunch of proposal reports. The key point is that there is no overtime pay. Please do not too easily believe what HR says during the interview!
