I've been here for over three years and have recently been looking around for a new job, so I'd like to share some personal experience.

Pros:

1. The office is integrated with an MRT station, so transportation is convenient.

2. You can work from home every Wednesday—effectively working two days in the office and one day at home.

3. After completing one year, you get 12 additional days of paid leave.

3. There are many company activities, and the work atmosphere is good.

1. The starting salary isn't high, and compensation varies significantly.

I once had a private talk with someone who joined at the same time as me, only to discover that our salaries differed by 15K.

If you don't perform well, salary adjustments are made on a yearly basis,

and you may be marginalized by the team.

Good performance comes with bonuses and salary increases.

2. Some department managers have communication problems, and team members keep resigning.

It's important to have the right manager. If you find during the interview that the manager isn't OK, I strongly advise you not to join.

3. There are somewhat too many company meetings and activities, which people with an introverted personality may not particularly enjoy.

Also, someone brings a pet to work every day. As someone who's afraid of dogs, I see this as a drawback.

4. Projects are all cross-departmental, so sometimes you encounter inexperienced people from other departments,

while the managers are also powerless to do anything about it. You're also expected to COVER for colleagues.
