After joining, I found that collaboration among design, project, and engineering is still in an exploratory stage, and the processes are not yet clear enough. However, the managers have already begun leading change and listening to feedback from each department, so there is gradually a direction for adjustment. If the people who are willing to try to make changes can stay, the company may enter a new rhythm in the future.
At present, many things at the company still involve reworking old projects, and the adjustment period for collaboration is relatively long. Sometimes I feel like I am fixing problems from the past. Although progress is slow, this is also a challenge.
