Spacious work environment
At first, I received a job opening from HR. After accepting the invitation, I attended an on-site interview with the technical manager and future colleagues. The interview seemed to be looking for someone experienced, but the questions were not particularly deep. During the final Q&A, I got the impression that the colleagues had no memorable accomplishments in their work, while the manager seemed stretched too thin. A few days later, I received an invitation for a second interview with the owner, HR, and the manager from the previous interview. It looked quite formal, but in reality, the owner was mostly boasting about himself and the company, questioning the interviewee's previous company and experience. I felt that he was trying to cut the salary. After I stated my salary expectations, I was shown out and then ghosted. I had traveled a long way for the interview, only for it to be dismissed so hastily. The interviewers here lack the ability to assess candidates' capabilities and can only use their previous salary as an anchor for determining compensation, just as other reviews have mentioned.
